I am a multidisciplinary learning and experience leader, master facilitator and program designer with 28 years of practice across workplaces, communities and cultural experiences.

I am currently open to permanent, fixed-term, part-time and fractional roles, alongside selected facilitation and workshop engagements.

The through line is simple:

Good people cannot outperform poorly designed conditions.

When roles are unclear, decisions stall, participation is performative or trust has been damaged, another strategy document will not fix it.

I help people identify what is getting in the way, create the conditions for meaningful participation and turn good intentions into practical ways of working.

I call this Human Ecosystem Design: building the human infrastructure, systems and conditions that help people work, participate and create change together, across industries and contexts.

I help people clarify what they want, recognise the patterns and conditions getting in their way, and translate an ambitious vision into a grounded strategy and realistic next steps. One-off 3 hr design sprints to 3, 6 & 12months.

  • Personal and professional coaching for new and emerging founders who need clearer direction, practical operational systems and grounded guidance as they turn an idea into a sustainable organisation.

    I help business owners / founders clarify their vision, strengthen how they work, make better decisions and build the structures their ambition requires. This can look liek the first believer to fractional COP.

  • From the Dalai Lama, Brene Brown and Oprah to more than 1,000+ workshop at a youth conference and a 22-episode podcast series, I have spent decades helping audiences feel welcome, engaged and part of something meaningful.

    I host live events, conferences, panels, community conversations and recorded programs with warmth, quick thinking and the ability to hold both the room and the run sheet.
