I’m Emeli Paulo, a culture and human systems designer. I help people change the conditions shaping how they work, create, connect and lead.

I believe humans are capable of changing the conditions around them.

We can build workplaces where people contribute without disappearing inside them. Communities where lived experience becomes shared power. Industries where cultural knowledge is valued, protected and owned by the people who created it.

My work is about bringing the right humans together, making the invisible visible and helping people turn what they know into what they do next.
