Support when work has become unsafe

Steady & Clear

Someone in your corner. A clearer next step.

When you’re dealing with bullying, harassment, a Fair Work matter, an investigation or a toxic team, it can be hard to know what to do next. We start with two questions: what has happened, and what do you need most right now?

The gap we work on together

From carrying it alone to having support and options.

Where you might be

On high alert. Unsure what happens next.

A hard meeting ahead, a confusing process or work that no longer feels safe.

What we work towards

Steadier ground. More informed choices.

A clear timeline, preparation and a practical next step, with someone in your corner.

Make room to breathe and think.

Co-regulation and a steady conversation can help you settle when stress is high. We start with what you need today, not pressure to make a big decision.

These are directions we can work towards, not guaranteed outcomes or a fixed sequence. Coaching is not legal advice, industrial relations representation or therapy.

Time that fits the need

Two hours, used your way.

One two-hour session, two one-hour sessions, or four 30-minute check-ins, for example before and after meetings. Use your time within 8 weeks. Extra 30-minute top-ups are available.

Settle

Space to release some stress and find steadier ground when you need it.

Prepare

A timeline, questions, boundaries and preparation for the next conversation.

Decide

Work through your choices and the support you need for a practical next move.

If you want to look further ahead

When you’re ready, there is room for what comes next.

You may want support with the immediate situation only. If you also want to rethink your career, boundaries or next chapter, Allowed offers ongoing life and career design. There is no requirement to continue.
